Corey was truly amazing with his diagnosis. My HVAC was blowing a cold air even when thermostats were off. I thought the thermostats are the problem and bought two new Google nest and called Corey to come and look at it. He did a good diagnostic and found the ventilation switch was bringing a cold air and it wasn’t connected to remote/thermostats. What I like about him is he didn’t shy away from calling Honeywell to understand thermostats configuration and ventilation switch functioning. At the end it was just a ventilation switch that need to turn it off. He was honest and explain me all the details.

Corey properly diagnosed the problem after another Thumbtack contractor indicated the entire unit needs replacement. The other contractor gave a price of $15,000 while Corey charged me $125 along with providing a free system-maintenance education. If you need a second opinion, call this company. Corey was phenomenal both times we’ve called him! Great customer service, reliable, and so responsive. He replaced my capacitor on a day when my A/C went out when it was like 100 degrees. He was quick, to the point, and got us back up and running quickly. On a separate call, he literally came after hours while at his kid’s sports practice to take care of our issue. He has a customer for life.
