Scott came out and did a thorough review of my attic and the entire perimeter of my home, including the roof. His Estimate was VERY fair. I would highly recommend him 🙂

This was the very first time that my mother and I had to deal with a situation like this. Scott from the company Rodent Rescue responded quickly to contact us to schedule an appointment. In my opinion he was very thorough with the inspection. He even inspected the roof. I mention that for another company had stated that they do not check the roof. He took pictures of the areas of concern and explain that the process was to seal all entry points then set the traps. The most important thing was that I told him what prompted this was an awful smell that was coming from my mother’s wall oven. He could not smell it at all. I had the doors open for days to air the house out to keep the stench out so it was not prominent. Even though he could not smell it, he proceeded to take the time to take apart the bottom part of the oven where I thought the concentration of odor was located. There was something there. He proceeded to remove it. It’s the fact he went the extra mile to calm my nerves. Not only was the service was impeccable, he was very kind and patient with me through this ordeal. I would and have recommend this company. I can’t stress enough how Scott and this company assuage my fears and did excellant work!

Where to begin? I know we’ve read this many times before…but I truly rarely write reviews. Although asked, it seems as if it is such a huge inconvenience out of our day to stop and write. If you think about it, it really takes a disruptor (good or bad) to motivate most of us to do so. In this case, I’m pleased to have a good, no a wonderful disruption. One word, Scott. I am so grateful I found this man of GOD via an Internet search. Why do I call that out? Because it speaks to the very essence of WHO he is and HOW he conducts his business. No worries, he’s not preachy or anything like that. He shows his beliefs through his actions. He is a walking example. Foremost, his integrity speaks volumes. He is an honest businessman which unfortunately is almost nonexistent these days. He does not try to nickel and dime you for his services. He also does not upsell his services. He will tell you “no, you don’t need that” and/or throw in services because it’s simply the right thing to do. Notice how I haven’t even address/describe the service yet? It’s because in my opinion what truly sets him apart is his soft skills. He is a people person, someone you can trust. That plus the fact he is knowledgeable about his craft is an amazing, unique combination. I called his office around 8-ish one morning, spoke to his receptionist and he was at my home the same morning! While that may not always be the case, I’m happy I got to experience that. I thought there were squirrels in my fairly new purchased home. My home sat vacant for over a year and has a cow pasture (yes, you read that right…cows) in my backyard. I’m sure all kinds of woodland creatures made the house their home. Turns out, it was not squirrels bumping through and scratching the night. It was mice. I secretly cried as it was yet ANOTHER issue with this newly purchased home. Scott reassured me he could get rid of them. I signed up to have the house sealed. While an unexpected expense, it was then best thing I have done. Fast forward a month later, I can now rest in my home without the worry of any of Snow White’s friends being in here comfy and cozy with me. Scott has thrown in “extras” such as installing guards I purchased online over my exterior vents to prevent squirrels from entering, gutter cleaning and extra visits to check the traps. On his last trip, he threw in sanitizing the attic and basement spaces. He also shared recommendations for other household services such as pest extermination and tree removal along with the names and contact info for reliable vendors he personally uses (no gatekeeping). Y’all! I HIGHLY recommend you call Scott at Rodent Rescue for any of your rodent needs. Do NOT hesitate. He also offers gutter guard services, which I plan to use towards the end of the summer. Scott, thank you so much for everything. I hope to see you, the wife and kids at a summer bbq in my yard.

I would add to Rodent Rescue - that is Persistent. The company was recommended to us thru a neighborhood site and we respect that source. He pursues, finds and seals off entrances - AND then follows up. Call for Rodent Relief

Rodent Rescue responded not long after I called and removed some bats from my attic - they shored up the entry points and made sure that the little rascals never came back. Scott was a true professional and I would recommend Rodent Rescue for any critter removal needs.
