- You'll be asked a few quick questions that will help describe your needs.
- You'll be asked to provide your contact information so that Deneen Wilson will be able to get in touch with you.
- You'll have the option to get competing quotes from other qualified service professionals, saving you time and money.
We offer administrative services to small, mom and pop, rural and family-owned businesses as well as non profits and civic organizations. Solo entrepreneurs can also benefit from our services. All services are virtual so we can help you with your office needs no matter where you live in the US or abroad.
We can handle everything for you and you only pay when you use our services, unlike a traditional employee where you have to cover not only salary but insurance, taxes, vacation and sick, overhead costs, provide space and office equipment, etc.
Did you know the average employee is non productive for up to 2 hours each day due to disruptions caused by phone calls, emails, co-workers, personal issues, etc.? Remember, you are paying for those hours too.
With today's economy and everyone tightening their belts, a virtual assistant is the best way to go.

As a virtual assistant, Deneen is great, wonderful, professional, and customer friendly. We’ve worked for 3-4 years now. She’s flexible. She can do any personal assistant service that can make life a lot more easier. She’s always the best for what she’s doing! I mean, there’s no other person who could do the service that she can offer. With that, I truly commend her as an excellent service provider.

I have been reading your Newsletters from the beginning issue and wanted to let you know what a big help you have been in helping me by: Garden Club Newsletters; Garden Club Name Tags;Bunco Members Name Tags; Bunco Game Rules; Invitations for Private Parties; Family Reunion Newsletters; Personal letters; ordering from the Internet. etc.
You are a lifesaver by always completing my requests in a very timely manner. You use extra information, colorful and unusual input which always draw attention, and add-ins that the members love.
Thank you for your services and willingness to go the ‘extra
mile’. I’m sure I will be using “Typing Bug” many times in the future.
Sincerely,
Pat Haralson

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Researching information on the internet for clients.
Designing Excel spreadsheets.
Designing forms.
Proofreading.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make a list of everything that you do during the day no matter how small the task. Do this for 3 days. At the end of the time frame, look at the list and highlight everything that is not necessary for YOU to do. This is your list to give to me for my business to handle.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. To truly get the benefit of outsourcing your administrative needs to a virtual assistant, you need to be willing to let go of the tasks.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The ability to do what I do best and, as a result, make my customer's lives easier and more productive. It is very rewarding to make a difference in someone’s life.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What can you do for me or my business? I answer that I can give them back their nights, weekends and holidays by handling their paperwork.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. I would tell them to please take a moment and look at my Mentoring Program for New Virtual Assistants at www.typingbug.com/mentoring.html.
