I would like to share my "computer" experience that I had with Arif Fahim. I am not a computer literate individual, and when I was having problems with my computer, I sought out Mr Fahim. My first impression was his genuine friendliness and sincerity. After looking at my system, he not only explained in technical terms the issues I was having, but he also "broke' it down in layman's terms so I was able to fully comprehend. He told me the parts I would need and approximately how much the parts would cost. His pricing is more that fair and he had my system up and running in approximately two days. He has proven to be a man of his word. I feel he brings a high level of knowledge, expertise and integrity to his field. I highly recommend that you give Mr Fahim an opportunity to provide you with quality service.

Through the years I have come to trust and rely on Onsite Computer Repair for all of my computer needs. From removing ugly viruses on my older desktop to installing the latest software on my brand new laptop, Onsite has never failed me! The rates are very affordable; the technicians are timely; and, most importantly, the service is great!

My computer was running very slow, so I called Arif. Arif made recommendations on how to optimize my computer and even on adding more RAM memory. He even followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly. I have referred several family and friends needing servicing to contact him. My computer is running faster than ever, my desktop is clean and I can expect to get more time and use out of it. That was money well spent and I highly recommend Arif. The customer service was outstanding.
