From the initial response, I knew I had the right company. My refrigerator went out. Another ‘company’ just said they’ll be out the next day and call when they’re on the way. Of course I didn’t go with them. This company gave me a time for arrival and showed up at that time. He even sent a message when he was on the way. Problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. He then waited to make sure the refrigerator was working and cooling properly. The following day, he followed up AGAIN to make sure everything is ok. Great service. Very punctual and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended.

Excellent customer service. Boevi called and suggested an earlier time than I had scheduled to make sure the job could be completed quickly. After arriving on time he quickly diagnosed the issue and worked with LG to get the us the 10 year warranty coverage on the compressor, and got it installed on the single trip. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Will highly recommend him to friends and family in need of refrigeration repair.

Boevi, was outstanding. He responded quickly to my request for help, scheduled an appointment and then was able to come a day earlier. He arrived ahead of schedule and quickly started investigating the refrigerator problem. He was methodical and quickly found the faulty part. He went to Gainesville to get the part and returned to install it. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors and friends.
