A. well it wouldn't be a trade secret if I shared it now would it

A. start with basic questions like how long they have been in buisiness.Then move on to how familiar they are with the type of work they are contracting.If they cant do the basics without stumbling then Im pretty sure you dont want to hire them.

A. There again its job specific

A. Professionality and customer focus on budget and on time

A. that I love what I do and having a sense of accomplishment afterwards

A. whats the price? Generally its item specific and I will typically walk them through the details till they understand.

A. the alex job as I call it we put in 50' of sewer line in 3 hrs

A. Green plumbing like solar water heating and point of use heaters that are motion sensitive

A. Stay in an apprentice position for at least 5 yrs and then you truly know what your doing when you go it alone
