I am an architecture graduate from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, CA. During my time there, I gained extensive experience creating visually stimulating, cutting edge graphics for my architectural design presentations. I now work in a high-end architecture firm in Manhattan, producing graphics and designs for various projects, giving me even more experience to apply to my work.
My services include architectural rendering (everything from small objects, single rooms or large buildings), logo design, brochure layout, furniture design, advertising/marketing graphics, and vehicle wraps. I am always open to new design projects not listed here so feel free to ask.
I work with Sketchup for 3D modeling, and IDX Renditioner for photorealistic renders. I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for photo editing, touch-ups and layout design.
I am extremely efficient and work hard to always create the highest quality product possible. I look forward to working with you.

James has executed two projects for us. He understands our requirements completely; is very intuitive about what we want and has always completed his work on time and to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with his services and would definitely recommend his work. Thank you for a great job Jimmy !

Question and answer
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would say the time that different projects can take. Logo design is simple and can take anywhere from a couple days to a week depending on clients revisions. While architectural modeling and rendering can take 2 to 3 weeks since the modeling process can get very detailed and complex. It always helps when the client is understanding about the time requirements of the project they start.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because I take the time to consult the client through every step of the design process. This ensures their satisfaction, and prevents the need for multiple revisions of the final product. Also, I work very hard to always create new and exciting designs that are tailor made for each individual clients taste and need.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Design is my passion. This passion gives me an enthusiasm for my work which results in higher quality products than you may get from a large firm just churning out quick work. I take a lot of pride in the projects I take on, and I never stop until the client is 100% happy with the final result. In the end, my job never feels like "work" since I love what I do!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do you produce your work so quickly? My answer is simply that I dive head first into the project the second I get the go ahead from the client. I treat each and every project as if it were my own, my excitement about the design is reflected in my work.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. It's always nice to have a client that has a real appreciation for the work you're doing for them. I had a client who was a talent agent for musicians, actors and such. She needed a logo and website designed, and she was always so enthusiastic about the design work I provided her with. This made me want to work even harder for her since I felt like I was doing something really meaningful in her eyes.
