Introduction: We are very intentional in every detail we add or remove from a space. We use special resources to help calculate the most likely buyer for your home. All real estate is not created equal, neither is home staging. We do not have a cookie cutter approach. We use Target Demographic Research. Another way we are unique, is our constant striving for new ways to perfect staging and how consumers understand it's value. Our owner, Amy Powers, just received the Masters International Certified Staging Professional in Real Estate Staging designation. It is the very highest level of training offered in our industry. On top of that, she is also a Mentor to other Stagers and the State President for our national association, the Real Estate Staging Association. We are committed to continuing education, a high code of ethics and professionalism.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly invest in C.E. It is critical. Trends change so much, which means that buyers likes and dislikes will change as well. We are on top of this. We go to the Mart a few times a year. We attend the national convention for the Real Estate Staging Association. We also keep up to date on the best staging techniques through our training school at StagingTraining.com.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There are two main types of home staging jobs: (1) Vacant Staging - we design a space in its entirety for a home where the owner is not longer in it. (2) Occupied Detail Report - our detailed reports are amazing, thorough and effective. Typically any homeowner that uses this service sells their home withing 30 days. Stage, List SOLD! What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Home Stagers can be a dime a dozen. Look for the RESA-Pro designation. It assures sellers and Agents their Professional Stager is professional, not a hobbyist. It ensures they are licenses, experienced and educated in the industry. RESA-Pro designations are awarded by the only independent association for the home staging industry, RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).
