Introduction: I train from my home to make it possible for people that want to get fit and healthy can afford it. You will receive a quality workout for a fraction of the cost of gyms and other trainers. Your program is designed for you with your needs and goals in mind. You are my main priority with you are training with me; the session is all about you and your goals. I will insure you are in proper form when executing an exercise. I will give you nutritional information and guidelines to help you reach your goals. You will be accountable to me. I am always there for you during the session and after for any questions or concerns or just having a bad day and need to stay on track. I love to see the smile on a clients face when she has lost weight, realizes she has gotten stronger, sees she can do something she never thought she could before, when she feels good about herself and her confidence starts shining through. I want people to want to be healthy and fit. To see the benefits of being healthy. Personal Training is not a job to me it is my passion and I simply love it.

I have been working out with Angela since December 2009 and have seen amazing changes in my body and significant weight loss. Angela has been extremely motivating and influential in my journey to be in the best shape of my life. Angela is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise and nutrition and if she doesn't have an immediate answer for you, she will do the research to completely answer your question or address your concern. Angela has tailored my workouts to my goals and has helped to work around the minor injuries I have had while I've been working with her. Working with Angela is one of the best things to ever happen in my life! She is understanding, compassionate and has become a good friend. Angela is the BEST trainer I have ever worked with. She devotes every minute to you and helps to keep you on track. She has a way of making the hour fly by and before I even know it, I have my workout done for the day. She is really knowledgeable about exercise and is also very informed about nutrition. She takes the time to make sure you're in perfect form and breathing properly during every rep of every exercise. I am 100% confident I will get to my goal weight with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Angela for almost a year and she is one of the best! I lost several pounds, gained muscle and lost body fat. But more than just the numbers, she turned me on to a love for fitness. She taught me how to become a runner and how to strength train on my own. She doesn't just go through the motions, she takes a personal interest in helping you reach your fitness goals. She pushes when it's necessary and keeps you motivated. I would still be working out with her to this day if she hadn't moved out of state. Thank you for everything Angela!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing varies. For 1 one hour session - $25. If you sign up for 6 - 11 - $20 per one hour session. If you sign up for 12 or more - $15 per one hour session. Any 30 minute session is $15. My fees are low to make it possible for people to afford a personal fitness trainer. Going to a gym you will pay outrageous fees. I will give you a quality workout for a fraction of the cost at a gym.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Every two years I have to take continuing education classes to keep my Personal Fitness Training and CPR and AED certification current. These classes are beneficial to what I do. I keep up to date on the latest exercises and information to make the best I can be for you. I am very dedicated to my clients.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I tired on the office job. I was searching for what I wanted to pursue. I was watching Oprah one day and she asked "What is your purpose in life?" My answer came to me very quickly I knew I wanted to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. My parents have many health issues. I want to do everything in my power to stay as heathy as I can be. Right away I started my certification to be a Personal Fitness Trainer. I truly love my job; actually do not see it as a job since I enjoy it so so much. I love to see the smiles on my clients faces when they have reached a goal or accomplished something they had before. I have also had the fortuante opportunity to connect with one of the top 5 nutritionist in the United States; Brett Salisbury. He has helped me immensely and have seen amazing results. I was not looking to sell his products but once I tasted them and saw my results I had to get the Transform name out there. It is quit exceptional.
