Turning Leaf offers a variety of art portrait sessions including maternity, newborn, baby, children, families, graduating seniors and couples. It's never too early to book your newborn session! Custom commissioned artwork, custom albums, custom designed birth announcements, prints, fine art gallery canvas and digital file collections are all available.

Gorgeous photos!! We used Turning Leaf for a newborn photo shoot and the pictures are gorgeous! Kristie is very professional and is very easy to work with. She made sure any questions we had were answered (promptly) and gave us alot of great information, since this is our first child and didn't know what to expect. The session itself was very relaxed and she is great with newborns. We have gotten countless compliments on our pictures and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would also recommend the custom birth announcements. I love that they are not the same old thing you see on other photo sites. I look forward to using Kristie in the future to capture important milestones in our baby's life and I will definitely recommend to her to anyone else looking for a photographer.

I had an excellent experience with Kristie and Turning Leaf Photography and will definitely be using her for all of our family photography needs! Not only is she amazingly talented (my friends and family cannot get over the shots she got of our newborn baby girl AND the group pictures of my 3 kids), but she is highly professional, quick to respond, patient with kids (and parents with a million questions, like me!), and so much fun to work with! You'll have a blast at your session and are guaranteed to come away with photographs that you and your whole family will treasure for life. And on top of all of that, she is very reasonably priced. Turning Leaf is HIGHLY recommended!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. First and foremost, the market is flooded with photographers and their experience and skills are just as vast. Searching for a photographer can be extremely overwhelming for a client.
Our suggestion is for you to select a photographer that matches your style. Check out the photographers reputation by checking them out on the web, read reviews their clients have left for them using Google, read their blog and join them on their Facebook pages. Get to know the photographer you like! Contact them and see how you mesh..! Ask yourself if the photographer really cares about the quality and outcome of your photographs and if they are in it for the 'long haul'. If everything comes together, then it's a perfect fit!
Session fee's and product offerings are also across the board. Remember that if something costs peanuts, you may get a monkey. And more for less money isn't always the best route to take! There are as many photographers as there are budgets as well...! Would you want to hire a mechanic that someone told you is 'cheap' or 'the best'? Check out all your options and be a smart consumer!!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most asked questions we have are 1) what should I wear and 2) can you suggest a location for my session. . Our answer to these questions have a hand-in-hand answer. How you live and decorate may depend on the location chosen and the location chosen may depend on your clothing choice. These are important questions for a client and are taken very seriously. Turning Leaf is more than happy to help clients with 'What to Wear' guides and selecting a location!
