We are a water damage specialist.

We work with your insurance company, and are IICRC certified. We also do carpet and upholstery cleaning, pet stain and odor removal, at no extra charge. We charge only $25 per room to clean your carpets.

We are serving North Georgia and Western North Carolina. We are owner-operated.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you are getting the service you need & there are no hidden fees. Always ask if they provide a free estimates, an honest company is a company that cares & will provide a free estimate for their customers.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Clean carpets is a healthier environment. When dealing with water damage you need to be sure you have a Water Damage Specialist to give you FREE advice. If the job is not done properly you could have a mold issue later on in your home. In this case your insurance company may not cover it.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you do FREE Estimates? Are you certified to do Water Damage? What type of chemical do you use & are they safe for my child & pets? Are you licensed & insured?
