FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a firm believer in education and in saying that I try to go to as many makeup workshops and courses that I can poasibly attend to keep furthering my education. I also buy many many books on different areasbof makeup artistry and try to learn different facets of the industry so that I can try to incorporate it into what I do now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most type of jobs that I do for my clients are on location photoshoots...These can take anywhere from an hour to several hours depending on the interacacies of the looks we are attempting and the setting we are in (indoor vs outdoor).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a good makeup artist ask around at your local beauty stores, beauty supply stores, or even at makeup counters. You not only want to find a makeup artist that knows how to apply makeup properly but you also want one that knows proper sanitation procedures as well. Always make sure the artists brushes have been cleaned before they have been used on your skin. Don't let the brush touch your face unless it is clean, absolutely no exceptions.
