I have a Ph.D. in life coaching, and certifications in purpose clarity work, seasons of change transition work and TAT, which is an energy meridian technique that helps with healing trauma and limiting beliefs.
I help people who want to reduce stress, anxiety, and procrastination: who feel stuck, who are going through life changes, and who want to create meaningful and authentic lives that reflect their connection to the source and that utilize their unique gifts.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I use TAT to help clients quickly get past any beliefs that limit them or stress and trauma that has paralyzed them. TAT gets beyond the reasoning mind and goes straight to where stress gets stored in the psyche and body, so it is very fast and powerful. It also is an extraordinary tool for bringing into manifestation what you envision.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. It gives me enormous joy to watch people become free of patterns and beliefs that have bound them for years. I love being part of the discovery process that happens in coaching work, as well as partnering with clients to create new beginnings based on authenticity, spiritual connectedness, and reawakened passion.
