A. Look for timely responses to your emails, and call them on the phone to talk about your wedding. If you like the way they answer your questions and just your gut feeling from talking with them, you'll know if they are the coordinator for you.
Also it's very important to find out how long the coordinator has been in the business in the area you are looking to get married, as they will be the coordinators with the best contacts.
Lastly, know that whomever you hire knows the island and area even more then yourselves. The more you trust them, the more beautiful and stress free your wedding will be.

A. 1. How long have they been in business?
2. How flexible are they with you changing your plans - even last minute changes?
3. What hidden costs, or costs that are not explicitly mentioned do you need to be aware of?
4. For public locations such as beaches, can you see it in advance of the wedding and change locations if you don't like it - even if it's the day before?
5. Is the wedding planner on island?
6. Explain to them the most important aspects of your wedding, and listen carefully to how they respond and what they recommend with regards to considering these aspects in your wedding.

The more notice we have the better we can guarantee we can accommodate all your requests, and know that last minute weddings are okay too.

Are you available on weekends?
You have access to the owners personal cell phone number for any emergencies, and they are always reachable by email for non-emergencies on the weekends.
