This place is horrible! We took our sons working iPhone in to have a cracked screen replaced. After about an hour they explain they can't get the new screen to connect. Phone went from working with a cracked screen to nothing but lines on screen. Left there went to AT&T because he can't be without his phone. Could have traded the phone in with cracked screen but no this place messed up the LCD making the phone worthless. So no trade in and no available upgrade!!! There are two other places in corpus that repair cell phones and do great work, the only reason I went here was the 20-30 fix time. Omg never again will I take my business here. We have 5 iPads 6 iPhones and 3 iPods. Plus I wrote this review on their site on FB and they not only deleted it but also blocked me. Why if they don't know they were in the wrong...

I took my iPad in with a cracked screen. Picked it up, it was not ready same day as promised and they never called to inform me when it was ready, I called them. Finally I pick up my iPad upon riding away I realize something is wrong! My passcode isn't working and the layout of the screen is completely different. I immediately call back to the store, where I'm told to come back... Drive back only to be told they didn't do anything to it, told "that it's impossible" for them to have changed my passcode because they never had mine to begin with. They were not willing to help, uneducated as to what the problem "could be", unwilling to take any responsibility for their part, unapologetic, but above all unprofessional. The only solution they had was to reset the factory setting and lose all data that wasn't backed up. When I asked for a refund of some sort I was told "we will issue you a refund, but first we have to take off the new screen and replace it with broken screen you brought it on with." It took nearly 30 minutes to get a copy of the original invoice. So I paid over $100 to this company only to get a locked iPad, all images and other things not yet backed up lost forever, no apologies from the employees. I then spent a lot of time on the phone with Apple Support, which cost me another $20 because my Apple care had expired just days ago. Apple assured me that the repair shop did "something" to lock the device, just the opposite from what the employees told me at the store. It was a disaster from start to finish & they "guarantee" their work, including that the iPad functions properly after the repair, NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Do not take a chance with this company!! I have never written a bad review on anyone, ever, but this was by far the worst case of customer service and failure to deliver and honor a guarantee. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from paying for their services. Save yourself the headache, frustration and money!!

WARNING!!!!! This place is extremely unprofessional! I took my cracked iphone there thinking I'm going to have excellent service. Nope. I got my phone back with a displaced home button. A broken case that had glue poured on it and went all over the camera, and a scratch an inch long on the chrome that wasn't there before.. I'm not blind. They never once apologized to me. NOT ONCE. The manager was asked for several times, on two occasions and they never talked to me about it. I took my normal ok iphone in there with a cracked screen only to be destroyed by what seems like 2 year old working in the back. To top it all off, they fixed my iPhones problems, never apologized about pouring glue all over my camera or even mentioned it when I picked it up the fist time. Lastly I called there after hour line only to be told ok ok.. And then hungup when I asked for a manager higher than the so called manager I was already dealing with. This place is a joke. Do not take your phone or any device in there. They will ruin it and won't give you anything in return but rude costumer service. I've never wrote a bad review like this before, but I'm almost embarrassed for this business. Please go spend your money somewhere else and avoid the 3 day hassle I had to deal with. If you don't this this is true, voice a fraud concern and ask for a manager. See how far you get before wasting money on them.

My iPhone 4 screen was cracked VERY badly and instead of replacing it at the Verizon store I figured I'd try to save money by going to SmartPhone Repairz off of Everhart. They replaced my screen with a brand new one in just 2 hours! In and out, just like that! :) reasonable price--saved me the cost of a new phone. Very fast and professional service :) I would recommend them to anyone!
