Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The mobile DJ for your event should be someone who reflects your own personality. When interviewing potential mobile entertainers, think to yourself, "Does this sound like someone who can represent me well to my guests?" There are a LOT of mobile DJ's who have great equipment, huge song libraries, and even years of experience. But for your event, there may only be ONE person who is the right fit. And don't just take the DJ's word for it. Talk to other people who have hired that person. Did they live up to their expectations? Did their guests complement you on your DJ choice? And finally, what do other service professionals (venue managers, photographers, caterers, etc.) have to say about your prospective DJ. You will find that the outstanding service providers have a reputation for customer-focused service and professionalism. And THAT'S the mobile DJ you want for your event.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing I like most about being a mobile DJ is the fact that dozens of times a year, I get to play a positive role in the lives of my clients. Most of the events I perform at are wedding receptions, and there's no better feeling than seeing a bride and groom having the time of their lives and knowing that you played a small role in making that night special.
