- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always have music on. We constantly are listening to the newest releases and reading, reviewing and studying the music charts. Not only do we pay attention to music charts, but we keep data on our own music that we play. We analyze our playlists and are constantly fine-tuning and adjusting playlists to maximize fun.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike and Jered have been friends since high school. It was then that we would spend countless ours listening to all types of music.After countless high school dances with DJs that were unable to connect with their audience, Mike and Jered quickly realized they could do a much better job in connecting and relating to their audiences. Absolute Music was born from a mutual eclectic appreciation, knowledge and understanding of what it takes to convey messages through music.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common types of jobs include weddings, birthday parties, dances, corporate events, block parties and anniversaries. Regardless if it is a large or small gathering, our DJ service and Photo Booth rental provide tons of fun and great memories!
