Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. In-Home computer cleaning, this involves unhooking the computer and removing the side for access to internal components. I use a special vacuum attachment to suck out all the dust bunnies hiding inside everyone's computers. Then a cleaning on the computer software would be completed. The entire process can take between one and two hours.

Recently repaired an nonworking network card for a customer. This meant disabling the onboard version so it would not create conflict with a new working board I installed.
