FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set price for the day of wedding coordination but everything else is dependent on what you are looking for help with. I think we are one of the most reasonably priced planning services in the State and we offer Certified Planners with years of experience so you don't have to worry about anything - we've got you covered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with my customer to find out everything I can about what "their" dream is for their event. What types of help are they looking for - just some decorating ideas, help with finding the perfect location, or they are a busy student or mom or doesn't have time to handle all the details for their wedding or event? Then we get to work on helping plan all the details they need done. We email them with pictures of locations we think might be perfect for them. We create their own Pinterest page so we can quickly share ideas to ensure that we're on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Wedding & Event Planner so in order to continue my certification I take at least 4 - 8 hours of additional training every month. I want to offer my brides and other people wanting to plan an event the latest in decorating and decor ideas, the best vendors, the newest venue.
