Working with Michael was a relief! He knew exactly what he was doing and if he had any questions he asked me right away and we got things resolved! If we ever have any other business in the IA area of where he can be of our service we will definitely be reaching out to him.

Best computer tech in the Quad Cities. I recommend Michael to all my friends and business associates.
Top quality and service. Great guy.

Michael fixed a problem that 3 other techies were unsuccessful at. I tell everyone that he's "the guy" if they ever need computer setups, repairs, etc. He's very professional and knowledgeable, and I was relieved that his charges were very reasonable, too!

Michael is very professional and provides an excellent value. Stay away from the big box stores as they cannot and will not provide the value and caring like Michael. Give this guy your business!!!

I've had Mike come to my rescue more times than I would like to admit. I'm not saying I have him on speed dial, but he has been a real asset to my PC's health. He has come through for me every time and I have not experienced a loss of any of my personal information. Thanks for being there, Mike!

I would recommend Mike for your computer repair needs. He is great, honest, hardworking, and not afraid to go the extra mile to be sure the job is done correctly. He is ethically, fiscally, and socially responsible, and trustworthy to solve your computer needs.

I met Michael when he did a little computer maintenance class for I club I am in. When we had a problem on our home machine, I called him. I had exhausted my knowledge and thought I had to buy a new machine. He was able to fix it. I called him again to take care of my office machine, and again for my son's home machine disaster. Same great outcome each time along with personable and professional service. I routinely give his cards to friends.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of the time my job entails rescuing computers and data from viruses and other infections. While this is the most common reason I get a call, it is also the most difficult to perform successfully without losing someone's personal data. I see too many time folks taking their computers elsewhere or trying to fix it themselves, only to discover later on that all their data has now been erased and lost. In some cases I have been able to still recover this lost data, but there is never a guarentee to be able to do so.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are not many Computer Technicians that have as diverse experience as myself, nor can they perform repairs and setup as quick and efficient as myself. I specialize in Data Recovery and Operating System Repair from Infection related damage without you worrying about the loss of personal data!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love to travel and help others with their electronic issues. I also love teaching people about computers and electronics so they become more confident in their ability to use electronics in their home or business.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. My favorite was when a customer brought me their dead computer and asked if I could fix it. It wouldn't even power on at all. I discharged the unit and reseated the parts, and was able to fire it right up after that. Then I discovered it was heavily infected so I cleaned it all up for her. Two days later gave it back to her and only charged her $50. She was dumb founded and proceeded to explain to me that she had taken it to three other places before me and all three took a look and told her to buy a new computer. I chuckled a little and told her to make sure she just sticks with me then instead. She has been a regular customer and a great promoter of my business ever since! Thanks Debbie!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Computer Electronics have always been a hobby of mine since I was a little kid. I think I was the only kid on the block that even had a computer at that time. After going to Technical School at Hamilton Tech and being a supervisor over the computer sales department and Geek Squad for Best Buy, I decided I wanted to strike it out on my own and make Computer Services my career.
