Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a licensed inspector that is fully insured. Call them up and ask a lot of questions about their creditably

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Yes I would, A home inspector should provide a person with a complete over view of the home

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed, where did you get your experience.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out because I truly love my job. I do a though job every time and work hard to help my client understand what I am looking at.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy helping people to learn about their new home and pointing out any defects I may find and how they can be repaired.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am required to get 20 hours of continuing ed every year. I average about 50 hours a year now, because the more education I have the better job I can do for my clients.

A. My prices vary by the size of the home. Up to 1500 sq feet is $275, 1501-2500 is $300 and 2501+ is $325.
I offer a 1st time home buyer discount or military discount of $25. With every inspection I provide a 100 day warranty.
