It took 4 hours to install a sigle ethernet jack! There were zero barriers or impediments to go from one side of the room to the other - the incoming RJ-11 was indoors (more on this in a moment. The jack needed to be wired on the other side of a 12’ room. The basement had clear access - no concrete, not even plaster or lathe, or drywall. The installer, Reggie, was professional and personable. But this was an unbelievable amount of time to charge me for, especially in view of the fact that nothing improved! Regarding the jack - well, the texh from CenturyLink came the next day, and showed me the iack was wired wrong. In the 4 hours Reggie was here this was never tested! If I owned Sparrow Technologies I would have called me (the customer) and asked some questions. Nope...they took the money and ran! I wouldn’t recommend this service.
