Seth's Guitar Lessons

Introduction: Starting with zero experience, I taught myself guitar, that's why I am now comfortable playing, leading and singing more than once a week, once playing in front of over 800 people. I play with Vineyard Church Des Moines, Drake InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and International House of Prayer Iowa. I am also beginning to write and record my own music. Over the years, I have learned many tricks, lessons and habits to make learning guitar quick and fun. I feel very comfortable teaching beginners and moderate level guitar learners how to take their skills to the next level. This could include everything from basic chords for beginner, how to play live with others, and the basics of soloing. If you are looking for lessons for your child, I have three years of experience working with children at Boy's and Girls Club. If you are looking for lessons for yourself, I have also spent the last four years working with and mentoring college students. I am looking for students of any age and beginner to moderate skill level who are motivated and dedicated to learn guitar. Don't be discouraged if you've tried before, with a little of my help to point you in the right direction, you too can play! Lessons for the Des Moines area are available as frequent as preferred with no contract or commitment. I charge $25 per hour and I can drive to anywhere in the Des Moines area.
