- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for handyman work is set at $50.00 per hour. If you would like to shop around, you will notice that this is a very competitive price point. All other items are at a flat rate. All information will be given before scheduling, keeping everything open and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for estimating and scheduling is, once the Thumbtack estimate is approved, the customer will receive an estimate from the Workbench via email and then scheduling will be completed. Scheduling is by text or phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We can install any kind of treatments on the market today. We can help you measure for treatments, show you the many options of where you can purchase them, and then install them on your schedule. We are always available to answer questions through out the process and encourage customers to do so. We look forward to meeting you."
