- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A couple of important things to note is that we provide all of our own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaners. Also we do offer discounts for recurring customers: 10% off monthly services 15% off every 2 weeks services 20% off weekly services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal when we start working with a new customer is to make everything as quick and efficient as possible. We generally like to set up a quick 10 minute phone call to go over your cleaning needs, and then we can get you on the schedule or send you a quote after our call.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We generally work with residential customers for recurring cleans or one time move in/move out cleans. We also have some commercial experience as well as post construction cleans.
