Q&G was responsive where most other professionals on here were very slow to respond if not unresponsive.
The estimate was a bit light on information, but the total due matched perfectly.
The work crew was right on time for both the estimate and the work itself.
In our case, the work itself involved some ventilation of exhaust fans to outside. Flex duct was used and was not trimmed down so there's significant excess - neither of which is best practice - but it's far better than venting to my attic. The roof vent work itself seems to have been done well - one instance curiously had more shingle removed than the others, but overall it seems perfectly functional and well-sealed. But, I understand HVAC isn't exactly their specialty so one can't complain too much.
Overall, the value was great and the timeliness very much appreciated. I'd use their services again, especially if the estimate was more informative.
