Mr. Alves serviced 2 desktop PC's in our home offices on May 4th and 8th. We had some malware or virus that was interfering with IE working correctly and one PC needed various updates and Windows reloaded from scratch. Work took 7.5 hours over 2 visits, he was prompt, courteous, friendly and accommodating to our work/personal schedules. We were very happy with the work done and our PCs are working faster and more efficient which is very important to us as we work from home offices 24/7. I would call him again and highly recommend him for computer repair.
