Introduction: My goal is to guide you on a path to PERMANENT health and wellness success. I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer with Bachelors Degrees in Exercise Science and Biology. I specialize in building strength and muscle. I work with clients to create workout and nutrition plans that they can stick to and thrive on while still enjoying life! My custom programming takes a muscle based approach to help my clients transform their bodies to not only lose fat, but to gain muscle as well. In an industry of fad diets and endless cardio I believe the key to sustainable, long term, success is to build your body up not constantly break it down. I have had success with clients from all different stages in life such as: * People who have never lifted a weight before * Athletes ranging from 10 years old to college ages * Experienced gym goers who want to take their strength training to the next level * Senior clients looking to protect their body as they age * Clients looking to lose weight * Clients looking to bulk up * Clients looking to add weight to their numbers in the gym My coaching is offered both in person and online. I have worked with a lot of trainers over the years and Jacob is by far the best! He has extensive knowledge of nutrition and fitness which he applies to each individual client. Jacob tailors each work out plan to your individual needs and fitness goals. Highly recommend working with him!

Jacob is a fantastic trainer! He listens to my goals, invites feedback, and checks in to make sure I’m comfortable with our training plan. When prompted, Jacob can always tell me why we’re doing a specific lift and how it will benefit me, which I value greatly. After a recent back injury, he was very intentional about helping with the recovery and modifying exercises until we were both confident I could push myself more. I can see and feel a difference in my strength and highly recommend him to all!

Jacob has been an awesome trainer! After spending years trying different routines and focusing too much on the scale, Jacob provided me with a detailed plan that related to my goals. He’s thoughtful yet always pushes and motivates me! When he’s not training with me, he writes me programs for my other days. After training with Jacob for a little over a year, I’ve raised my maxes in my squat, deadlift, and bench, as well as fixed and improved my form of all my lifts. My workouts are always refreshing and challenge my weaknesses. Very grateful for such an incredible trainer!
