A. Communication is of key importance to us. Much of the success of any building project is the ability to understand and communicate ideas, questions and details. well with architects, subcontractors and clients as parts of the design and remodeling team is essential to a job well done

A. Working with homeowners on a one to one basis, guiding them through the design and remodeling process

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I have been a member of the NAHB, HBA of Greater Des Moines and the Remodelers Council of Greater Des Moines for over 10 years.

I'm past chairman of the Remodelers Council, past chair of the Tour of Remodeled Homes and currently 2nd vice chair of the council.

I’m also a Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) and a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS). These designations are an assurance that I have completed educational courses prescribed by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and have pledged to uphold their code of ethics.
