I contacted "Idaho PC Solutions" for some networking issues at my home to get my laptop and desktop both to be connecting to my wireless router along with getting some viruses removed from both PC's.
Jason came out on time per our appointment and was very personable. We ran into some technical issues because of the age of my computers but Jason managed to get everything working great again including the speakers on the laptop, added some maleware prevention to save money I would have paid to "Norton" and even got my laptop linked to our printer...all at an extremely reasonable price ! Much much better service and pricing than I found at "Computer Central" in the past ! I would definitely use "Idaho PC Solutions" again !

A. Find out how long they have been in business. What percentage of clients are return clients. What is a majority of client calls? Word of mouth or other?
A. If you have the patients you can probably find anything you want or looking for on the internet. Doing it yourself may be another story, but you can find answers to anything you need right here.
