Introduction: My name is Ben and I founded Momentum K9 in 2021. I am a graduate of the NePoPo® Silver and Gold programs and professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP). I have worked with dogs for over 15 years. My philosophy is that every dog is unique and there is no "one size fits all" approach to training. I use balanced, science-based training methods suited to the individual needs of each client. The ultimate goal is to create a fulfilling relationship between dogs and owners that will last a lifetime.

So grateful we found Momentum K9! Ben and his wife have been incredibly helpful and flexible to our training needs for our 1 yr old Australian labradoodle, Luna. They’ve worked with Luna in private lessons as well as board and train, and it’s quite obvious they are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about training dogs. For each session Ben is always patient, knowledgeable, and has a positive attitude which Luna seems to pick up on immediately. They have helped Luna master the fundamentals, but most importantly how to get her human parents on the same page in regards to how to give commands, how to reward behaviors correctly and consistently, and how to correct Luna when she doesn’t want to listen. They also made us feel that much more confident and comfortable knowing we were leaving our fur baby in excellent hands. Really appreciate all the time and effort Momentum K9 has put into our girl. Highly recommend!
