Introduction: We specialize primarily with people who want to lose 20 lbs or more. It's not just what you eat but what you learn in the process that releases the weight and keeps it off. How it works is you eat medifast meals instead of whatever it is you're consuming now (Medifast is a company that we team up with and we use their food as a tool to reach a healthy lifestyle). These foods are clinically proven to be safe and effective in losing weight quickly. This will eliminate your grocery bill along with any extras you might purchase such as lattes, ice cream or any other kind of high calorie item that prevents you from losing weight. Along with the food comes a health coach at no cost to you. Thats where I come in. I conduct brief check ups to see how you are doing and help you along the way. I offer encouragment and support and will answer any questions you might have. You will lose 2-5 lbs a week on this program and it is more cost efficient than other plans such as Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, etc. Exercising isn't applied in this program, but I personally will recommend it after the first few weeks of doing the program and have some simple routines that will help tone and make you feel more comfortable in your body.
