Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Only use the contractor that you are most comfortable with, not the guy with the cheapest price. Do your homework, I.E. make extra calls, ask lots of questions. A qualified contractor will have your answers
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I think the the hardest concept to grasp in our trade is that water runs down hill. Sounds simple but it is often misunderstood. Like any other trade, things must be built from the bottom up.
I think the second "secret" people should know is, if it doesn't look right, it probably isn't.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our job IS our passion. Many others in our field simply work "9 to 5" and want to get in and out as fast as possible. Watertight remodeling is just that, WATERTIGHT. As efficient and competitive as we are, it doesn't matter to us how long it will take, we don't walk away until we are both are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the outcome of the project.
