I used Shippy Construction on my entire house remodel and was very happy with the finished product.The house went through three phases while we lived in the home, making it challenging. All three phases were on the time and were seamless. Just when you think it's impossible, they made it happen. The knowledge and experience with Shippy Const. was very apparent. Great job!!!

We hired Clint Shippy to build our 2100 sq. Foot home. His craftsmenship is excellent.
The subs were on the job, all the time, plus they were some of the best subs that he hired to work on our home. He made sure everything went smoothly for us. When the sheet rock crew came in, one of the men told me they were always happy to follow up a Shippy Construction framing, for it was a guarantee that the framing would be square. He is punctual and a perfectionist in his work, trying to please his customers at all times. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. References are the best way to find a quality builder. Don't be afraid to ask for their references and make sure you call and talk to those people they have done work for. Ask questions such as; Did the builder stand by his quote?, Did the builder keep a clean work site?, Was the job done in a timely fashion?, Did the builder listen to your wants?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are very quality oriented and will try to help you figure out the most cost effective way to do your project. We know your time is just as important as ours and we try to be prompt in our estimates and completion of your job.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. There is nothing more satisifying than seeing a beautiful home built where there was just dirt! We love to have projects that are challenging and to be able to turn junk into beauty.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much will this cost and how long will it take? We are upfront about all costs and there will be no surprises at the end of a project. We try to give our customers ideas of different ways to do things that may cost them less. We have always estimated our time to complete a project a little long so the customer is not surprised.
