Knocked our socks off...loud and clear voice (great change from the Boring Videos or monotone instructors I've had in the past)
Great CPR and First Aid Instruction! Best Training Equipment I've used (one-on-one manikin ratio...I had my own family)

CPR and First Aid classes have never been so enganging!!! This is truly a class you won't regret taking! The instructor delivers the most current and up to date information in a fun and upbeat fashion, using props to help students retain the information learned. Students also interact and ask questions and they get their own family of manikins, infant - child - adult, for accessible and hands-on practice. If you need CPR/First Aid certification, this is the way to get it! Fast, Fun, and Hands-On!!!

Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That the cost of the training is just the beginning...ask them how many hours for certification, background of the instructor, and if they provide one-on-one manikin ratio!
Also...all training is AHA (American Heart Assocation) standards...since the year 2000...AHA represents the U.S. every five years when the international changes take place. Don't let instructors confuse you about industry standards...Just pick from American Heart Assocation, Red Cross, or American Safety Health Institute...stick to the Big Companies and you will be city, state, and nationally approved.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. No Boring Video!

100% Hands-On Instruction

We follow simple Adult Learning Priniciples

"See, Hear, and Do!)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Interaction with the students...seeing eyes light up...when they understand how to help someone during an emergency!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why do the other trainers use videos and power point insteading
of "live" Instruction?

They are trained to use these devices to make instruction fit into the
timeframe created by their Training Center Director. Cookie Cutter classes allow no creativity.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After saving a young girl from a drowning...I discovered that drownings do not play out like in the training videos...A Hands-On Approach to Instruction with a segment of time devoted to Victim-Recognition Training needed to added! So I added a compenent called Where's Junior? I asked students to leave the pool area. I would submerge manikins, shadow dolls, or other items to represent drowning victims. Student would enter the pool area, stopping at various locations around the pool to check their ability to see the submerged objects. Most importantly, we would Debrief after each activity (such as...Where's Junior?) With this activity we would discuss the meaning of the triage: Providing care to the most critical need first and the concept of three-dimensional triage scanning (bottom to top scanning tech.)
