Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common jobs we do are spread out to Bike freames knives on our commercial end motorcyle parts and frames to car parts really nothing common as we do so many different items we do alot of ceramic or firarm coating with our new 14 foot oven we are expanding into railings and decrative iron works also.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We complete at least a 1000 pieces for knife comapines a week we just finished a couple sets of atv pickup ramps and a set of differencials for a 4x4 pickup.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure they have been around the business for at least 2 years and ask some simple questions on the types of coatings and what they are best used for. Compare prices with other local shops cheaper in this case is not a bad thing.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. People are very curious how this works we have on our web site the basic powder coating process as well as sandblasting process so the information on the process is very insightful.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Time line is very important.
do they phosfate wash the product or sand blast sand blasting is better.
make sure the holes get plugged threads are protected but mainly that they help understand what powder process and why for the paticular application you are working on.
