Introduction: Tired of standing in the kitchen for hours on end only to prepare a meal that your kid tries to feed the dog? Let me help! I went to culinary school in 2009 and earned an associates in culinary arts followed by a bacholors in food service management. I did my culinary internship at Walt Disney World and have worked in restaurants, a hotel, catering company, bakery, and two hospitals. I current reside outside Boise Idaho working for a hospital running the kitchen. Enough about me, let's talk about YOU and how I can help YOU! I love providing personal chef services which can be tailored to what you need. It might mean a dinner party for 12 or an intimate anniversary party for two. It could be 1:1 cooking classes on making a braised chicken thigh or a group of homeschool children making their own flour tortillas. Grace created a perfect menu for a surprise birthday dinner and was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. She always responded promptly and was well organized. We enjoyed having her!!

If I could choose all 5 I would. Grace was lovely and she was professional , made excellent food. Cleaned up too ( which is probably standard procedure but it was nice ) We all loved the treats too for dessert. Plenty of leftovers even after my guests had seconds. I highly recommend using Salted & Pepper for your next get together. Let someone else plan and cook for you. It's such a treat.

Grace's cooking is wonderful! She cooked for us several times, creating delicious dishes for our family. She's a great chef who took into account our taste preferences and nutritional needs. Grace not only introduced us to new dishes but also taught us how to make the recipes ourselves. Every time Grace came over, it was amazing to know that she was taking care of all of the planning, shopping, and cooking, freeing up our time and mental energy. All we had to focus on was absorbing her expertise and enjoying the fantastic food. She was a delight to have in our home!

For all those with no time, no energy, or staring into your refrigerator hoping it will create a meal for you, you need Salt & Pepper. I've worked with Gracie several times and each time was so fantastic. She was there to help stock my freezer before my first baby was born. It was full of our favorite foods and quick re-heats so you could hold a baby with one hand and stuff your face with the other. She made a romantic dinner for my husband and me, providing a true "chef's table" experience with delicious food and fun kitchen banter. Most importantly, she helped me revamp our entire meal plan after my husband's medical needs required I learn some new kitchen skills and new dishes. Each time, Gracie eased my cooking burdens, helped provide critical support for my family in life's busiest moments, and gave me the confidence that I could take on those tasks myself when I was ready. She is a great chef, great person, and will be your biggest cooking cheerleader! Whatever help you need in the kitchen, for whatever reason, you will not regret hiring her!

The food was top notch and some she even got some of the family members (junk kiddos) to eat spinach! Her recipes are all amazing and taste better than any restaurant i’ve been to! I would rate this higher if i could. Totally recommend.
