Introduction: Helping others gain strength, confidence, and self-worth through self-defense training since 2013. My goal is simple, to improve the bodies and minds of my clients and help them discover their true potential. One of the few female certified Black Belt Instructors for Krav Maga in the world. I also currently hold a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the world-renowned Master Jean Jacques Machado. I teach, self-defense, fitness kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and strength & fitness based workouts.

I had the pleasure of watching Kim train my children over a few month period- she was both engaging and motivating all a while challenging them in self defense. Shortly after, I decided to start training with her myself. She showed up every time prepared with an eclectic set of exercises-- all of which transformed my body and my mental health. She was extremely rehearsed in self defense, boxing, cardio and strength training. I have never had a trainer whose results I could physically see and feel so quickly. She's strategic with her approach-- motivating by demeanor and an exceptional human being. Kim is truly missed- and I am indebted to her for getting me back in shape. I am probably the strongest and most confident I have ever been!!
