Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find an agent who will take time to answer all of your questions and that you can feel comfortable with. Buying or selling real estate is one of the most important thing you will ever do in life and you want a trusted professional to help you through every part.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. In todays economy we are finding more and more distressed properties on the market and with these properties come a million questions. Only a small handfull of real estate professionals like to handle or become proficient in intricate details of a short sale or reo. I specialize in short sales, REO bank owned foreclosure properties and am a HUD registered agent. If you are a home owner in risk of loosing your home, I can offer alternatives to foreclosure. If you are a real estate buyer you can find some wonderful discounted deals on the market today. Buying a distressed property takes a little more time and patience and I am happy to help you every step of the way.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. If you want to sell your home, one of the most important questions will involve the marketing of your home. Ask an agent to tell you some of the things that make them stand out above other agents. For instance, I belong to 2 MLS organizations which allows me to present listings to more than 1000 agents instead of 300. All of my listings are promoted on at least 50 websites to ensure that it is seen by more buyers.
