My business is located just outside of Boise Idaho, dedicated to creating illustrations, renderings and marketing collateral for the construction, home building, and real estate industries.
Using the latest technologies and techniques along with time tested illustration techniques, we can streamline our clients’ marketing process, by producing floor plans, all forms of marketing collateral, and 3D images.
A. The only things I need from a client for a 3D rendering are floorplans in either .PDF or .DWG (autocad) format and at least one elevation. Usually a client will have a material or color list, so that we can match the materials exactly. We also do hand-drawn illustrations and elevation coloring for bank or client approval, usually to ensure trade-dress or branding standards. Take a look at our portfolio on our web page or facebook pages for many types of visualization our clients have requested over the years. We can do pretty much anything you can imagine to market your project. We usually work over the internet using PDFs for approval.
A. Most investors and banks now require a rendering or color visualization in order to want to move on a project. Many referrals actually come from these entities. Many times a rendering or visualization is the best way to get all parties on the same page, and since we can match your materials and colors exactly, making changes to a process takes alot less times, especially when there are many parties involved.
A. What is your turnaround time?
Can you use my floorplans and elevations?
Do I own the right to the final files once the project is done?
Can you match my colors and materials exactly?
Can I make changes to the project after the illustration has been finished?
Can we communicate with you in a easy, timely manner?
A. Many times they just need their floorplans and/or elevations. Many times an illustration is part of the planning process, so they do not need to have all things thought out and in line before we start. It is the communication that happens during the process that gets the client where they need to be.
A. We had a land developer in Mesquite Nevada wanting to build a development that he was planning for years, but the city council was not too keen on another neighborhood of "cookie cutter" houses going up in a town with very tight controls, it did not help that the community was so close to one of the larger casinos there. He needed to convince the council that he was going to build a certain way and with a certain look, and that is where we came in. We made a site map and rendered both the one-story and two-story town homes complete with landscaping, so the council was able to SEE just what the developer would be doing. It made all the difference, the project was approved, the development stands today. The examples submitted can be found on our website at http://www.hcreative.net
A. I used to have a graphic design company in St. George, UT. The industry in that part of the country (including Mesquite, NV. and Las Vegas) was, at the time, driven by construction. Most of my clients were either real estate developers, real estate developers or in some way involved in construction. Many clients wanted to know if I could do Architectural Illustration (rendering), and I was not able to at that time. I made a visit to a rendering firm in the area to make the connections I needed to get that kind of work to my clients. Once I saw what they did and how exciting it could be, I basically shut down my practice and spent the next 6 months learning the basics. Once I knew how to do Architectural Illustration, I moved to Star Idaho, just outside of Boise to work with such clients as Radix and Government agencies that needed this particular type of work done here.
