A. We always go the extra mile to do the job properly. "Good enough" isn't good enough. When we complete your repair it will be done properly and thoroughly.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The smile of a satisfied customer speaks for itself. When a customer gets excited because their computer runs better than new ... It doesn't get much better than that.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I'm working in the dark under a customer's desk, and I'm telling him about one of our technicians who sees well in the dark and who can hear high pitched sounds like a dog, when the customer exclaims: "Wow! He's a super hero!" I laughed so hard...

A. Our technicians work as a team, sharing their skills and helping each other out. They are encouraged to solve the problem together instead of competing among one another like the competition.
