Working with Jack was the best decision I could have made for my computer needs. He was very accommodating: even offered to come to my location to fix my Apple Macbook Air. The parts arrived earlier than anticipated, he did an amazing job with the screen repairand the cost! Best pricing I have found hands down. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard fee is $40 per hour, 1 hour minimum. Replacement parts are not included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently working on my MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and CCNA Security (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
