Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We handle alot of things; We deal with homeowners,business owners and managers,and also Property Managers and Goverment work. Our maintenace crews handle all maintenace and misc work.Also Snow removal in the winter.And our Landscape construction crews tackles larger project such as Installion/Construction work and larger abaitment/foreclosure clean up work for cities/villages.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. So far this spring our maintenace crews have been out doing spring clean up,core aerations,and spring fertilizer.
Our constructions crew, Has just finished a simple front landscape install for a couple trying to sell there home and wanted to do some updates and curb appel,Just finished a landscape that has not be touche din 5 years did alot of dead plant removal some up dates major trimming and new mulch,also installed some great landscape lighting.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Biggest question a buyer should ask.What is our budget?.A budget all depends on what you want done. Landscape maintenance- weekly mowing starts at $25.00 and up. Do you need shrub trimming? Fertilizer? Weed control. There are alot of questions to be ask.Are you loooking for a Yard renovation,is the yard dated? Even in this economy people are looking for curb appeal for there homes.In todays home markets. Finished producted is Key.A finished landscape STILL increases a homes value by at least 15-20%.
