Hello everyone!
My husband and I would like to share with you that few years ago we were involved in a mortgage fraud. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions and listen to the answers. Look at success track record. Look at resources available and expertise provided. Recognize that there's a lot of "noise" on the Internet offering advice that may not apply in your state or in your particular circumstances. Web fodder is not case law!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Law is evolving, particularly in the area of mortgage foreclosure. We are seeing tactics by lenders that are immoral and illegal, and the judiciary is beginning to catch on.

A. How will my account be serviced and by whom? What are your expectations of me as a client? What is your experience in this area? What is your track record for success?
