You will not meet a better group of people. They sweat, play and work together better than any other group I have been around. My very first day, I walked up towards the big garage door, two dogs bolted towards me, I heard Metallica blasting, and people all around cheering one another on. Without even having time to weigh my options, I knew this was what I wanted. Since then, I have felt amazing results. I am in better shape now than I was when I played college football. I love that they scale each workout differently for each person. It helps differentiate levels of fitness which makes it safe for all members. I can't wait to get in their this week, I'm ready to sweat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CrossFit is a Monthy charge. Personal training will be based on varying variables. Athletes program will be based on varying variables. (We will work with entire teams.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, certifications and seminars. I do not believe any of us should ever stop learning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
CrossFit changed the way I looked at Fitness. I just wanted to do the same for others.
