We do custom, unique, and stock waterjet cut metal products. Products are powder coated for durable indoor/outdoor use.

We do metal designs for florists, gift shops, cake toppers for weddings, wall decor, tile cutting, holiday decor, monograms, name signs, and address signs. Our designs are only limited to the customers imaginations.

A. Powder coating, unqiue custom designs, fundraisers for schools, high end art, cake toppers, yard and address signs, custom waterjet cut tile to metal to a thin rubber any material up to 8 inches thick and 5 foot x 10 foot.

A. The quality of the product we offer and variety is unlimited. From unique shutters, vents, drains covers, exquisite wall art, signage,and more.

A. Dimensions are important when coming up with a design.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Quality products with umlimited list of materials that can be used. Metal products can be powder coated for a finish that can withstand weather and elements for years to come. Custom products. Signage with or without lighting.

A. Designing custom designs like no other that are only limited to the customer's imagination.

A. Creating custom designs is a wonderful experience. Working with the customer to put there ideas in to place.

A. Our sales and design team is qualified and work with the products from start to finish to provide the highest level of quality.

A. Prairie State, Lively Grove Mine, tile cutting in the shape of Illinois with custom lettering, several colors.

A. We are always educating and researching to stay current with the market and improve out techniques.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The precision of the waterjet machine and the unlimited colors available for powder coating.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Watrjet time can vary from a few minutes to an intricate detail wall art of about 53 minutes. Our most recent large project was Dairy King in signage in Trenton and Breese, IL.

A. Custom designs are based on a design charge and waterjet set up fee, time of waterjet cutting, the type of material used, and amount of powder coating needed.
