FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on size, building specifications and type of paver chosen. Paver prices vary. For projects that are more complex than a standard square patio, there may be a design fee. The design fees range between $350-$500 and depend on the complexity of the job. On average, design fees are $350. This is not a charge for a quote. You own the design. This is the time it takes for our designer to draw plans and research what pavers or plant material works best for your home and your particular style. If you decide that Sheetz Landscaping is your choice for contracting the job, then the design fee is reimbursed on your final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us. Meeting with our designer. Discuss options. Design is planned. Deposit is agreed on. You are added to our calendar for scheduling. Once building begins, deposit is cashed. As building progresses, payments are made throughout the building process. Final payment is due upon walkthrough inspection with homeowner and our designer.
