- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While some of our solutions are custom, we are able to provide easy to understand pricing that is fair and itemized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our number one priority is making sure that we take care of our customers by taking care of their homes. We start this process by talking with our customers, learning the history of the situation, reviewing the required work and then developing a plan for the project. Our projects included detailed and itemized estimates and invoices. We have online scheduling available on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and we value treating our projects with the craftsmanship made possible by experience.
