Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for a videographer you should look for one who can turn take your dream and turn it into reality. Always request samples from past work. Does he check with the church to verify the rules and regulations. Also check to see if they work indiscreetly or are they getting in they of your ceremony. A good videographer will not want to take away from your day by getting in the way and distracting either yourself or your guests.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. We have been working in the film industries for well over 40 years which include: hundreds of weddings of many faiths, religious ceremonies, graduations, school plays, corporate events, training seminars, and international work.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Is there a contract?
What is the payment schedule?
How much experience do they have?
How early do they arrive?
Are they discrete?
Do they have a set ending time or will they stay if things are exciting without an up charge?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Everyone has a photographer for their wedding but only about 25% have it filmed for some reason. With technology now, video is everywhere form You Tube to Facebook in just a matter of minutes. So why would you not want the most important day of your life documented for years to come. My question is would you rather have your children and grand children look through a photo album which has been put away for years or pop in a DVD which shows everything from the day including hearing your voices seeing you dance for the first time as husband and wife. And seeing your parents and grandparents again?
