If you think it, we can do it (with enough time of course). Rockstar Catering has a unique duo in Amy Seiffert and executive chef Donald Brown. Amy Seiffert, with a background in dance, acting, and singing, has always been the life of the party. Always young at heart, Amy can plan that one of a kind party that will have your friends talking for years to come, and keep the party moving till the neighbors call the cops. Donald Brown is a classically trained chef, who graduated second in his class from California Culinary Academy in 2002. Donald has traveled from coast to coast honing his skills in country clubs, hotels, restaurants, casinos and even ballparks. Combine together Amy Seiffert and Donald Brown, we will provide you with the opportunity to have that unique party experience, along with a unique culinary experience.
